CustomerPanel

What is the customer panel?

As a mutual organisation, Skipton Building Society operates in the interests of its members, so it is important to us to understand what they think about the service we offer and how it could be improved.

We want to consult with our customers regularly to find out what they think about our activities and which other services they would like us to provide. With over 860,000 customers it’s difficult to speak directly to each and every one of you, which is why we are setting up a new customer panel.

The customer panel is an opportunity for you to get involved with the development of Skipton Building Society’s products and services, and to make a real difference to the way we do things. We are currently seeking customers who would be willing to provide feedback on a variety of subjects. This will usually be through email though we may also occasionally wish to make contact through other channels such as telephone and post, with your permission.

What do you need to do?

If you would like to join our panel, all you need to do to is click here and provide us with a few details.

We will be carrying out regular research on a range of topics, and will get in touch when we’re looking for people to take part in research which we think is most relevant to you. We will also update you with regular e-newsletters letting you know what research is taking place, and how the panel is making a difference to Skipton Building Society.
