We have recently started a programme of customer surveys in order to find out more about what our customers think about us, how satisfied they are with us and the areas that they think we can improve on.
Working in partnership with Explain Research, we will contact both old and new customers via the telephone asking for feedback. The surveys should only take a few minutes and will be a great help to us in ensuring that we understand what our customers need and want from us.
